 | Karate Cross Training
I have been working on teaching karate to kids who practice other sports to help their concentration and strength. Many professional (and amateur) athletes have found karate a good complement to their other sports.

 | Mountain Biking
I enjoy mountain biking all over New England with my wife and four children.
This is a photo of my Jeep Rubicon AWD Mountain Bike at the left. On a bike, all-wheel-drive means 2 wheel drive. That's right, the front wheel is powered and pulls the bike along.
That gear in the front is a drive gear, so power is delivered to the front wheel if the back wheel spins in mud or snow.
Based on a design from Christini, this bike delivers power to the front wheel if the back wheel starts spinning. I have tried it in the snow, and you cannot stop this bike!
Although these gears look complicated and could cause some problems, they are quiet and basically invisible while riding. |
